In my best moments, my greatest aspiration
is to create experience and learning for others that results
in more freedom…freedom
to express, freedom to create, freedom to impact desired
change. I believe that most of the world’s
dire problems would dramatically fall away if more of us
could get untangled from the limited ways we view ourselves
and the world.
I love learning…my own and yours.
I believe that we learn best when we continually throw
ourselves into situations that are new and challenging.
I work with leaders committed to bringing forward their
best, and dedicated to having meaningful impact in their
organizations and communities. I particularly thrive in
work that entails bringing about resolution and empowered
reconciliation from conflict, and in fostering inspired
creativity. My best work comes from moments of not knowing,
when I can hold questions and challenges with lightness
and humor, and maintain a deep respect for all that is
entailed in being human.
I am currently on a quest to gain full
fluency in Spanish through leadership development work
in Latin America and Spain. My work as a senior consultant
and faculty member for the Coaches
Training Institute gives me the opportunity to lead the
Co-Active Leadership Program in Sitges, Spain, and I travel
frequently to Bogotá, Colombia in my role as co-founder
and partner of Coaching
Hall International. I am the Director of Learning for The Leadership Circle - Latin America, certify consultants to use the Leadership Circle Profile in Latin America and Spain, and am affiliated with the Full Circle Group.
My past organizational roles include Vice President of Product Design for the Coaches Training Institute, Senior Director of Learning and Leadership at Princeton University, and Vice President of Learning and Communications at Fidelity Investments. I received my master's degree in Conflict Facilitation and Organizational Change from the Process Work Institute in Portland, Oregon in 2013, and my doctorate in education from Columbia University's Teachers College in 2006. My doctoral dissertation research focused on transformative learning and leadership development. I hold an MBA from Boston University, and my coaching certification is through the Coaches Training Institute and International Coach Federation.
